Return Policy

In our store, we always ensure that our products are of excellent quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very simple returns process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What should you do when you receive a defective product?
If you're not satisfied with your recent purchase, here's what you need to do:
1. Contact your sales manager via website instant messaging or email within 3 days after receiving the product.
2. Provide photos or videos that clearly show product quality defects.
3. Once the product is confirmed to be defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), we will arrange a refund to your original payment method without returning the defective product.
If you are unable to provide photos or videos, or the photos or videos provided do not demonstrate a quality defect, all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If it is not a quality problem, can I return or cancel the order?
1. Cancellations accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
2. If you initiate a return or exchange for reasons other than quality defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and reshipping shipping cost.
3. Only returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days after receiving the goods.
4. You do not need to return the package to get a refund if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we sent the wrong item or sent the wrong size/printed item.

Can I return an item if it is worn, damaged or the tags have been removed?
1. Please only return items in the same condition you received them - undamaged, unwashed, with tags and packaging still attached.
2. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items or gifts with a non-returnable mark.

Refund
1. We will process your refund within 7 working days after confirming with you. You may choose to have your refund deposited into your original payment account (credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Important reminder:
1. Please be sure not to return items to the sender's address on the package as this is not our designated return address. Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact our sales manager at Alex@iugawear.com. Please only ship to the address provided by our sales manager as shipping to any other address may prevent your return from being processed.
2. Make sure your return package only contains IUGAWEAR products. We are not responsible for returns of any non-IUGAWEAR apparel items included in the packaging.
